For any online purchases you must contact us by email or telephone within a 7-day timeframe in order for us to honor a return. Return shipping costs is at the buyer’s expense, and a tracking number must be provided for the return. Once we have received the items you wish to exchange, we will contact you to place a new order and get the new items shipped out immediately. If there is a difference in price, you will be charged accordingly and/or provided a store credit. Shipping Costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

EXCHANGE FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you have received a damaged or defective product, please email or call us at 602-807-0193, email sespureza.apothercary@icloud.com within the first 24hrs and provide proof by pictures or video. We will be happy to replace your purchase, and ship another once we have received the necessary information. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.
