For any online purchases you must contact us by email or telephone within a 7-day timeframe in order for us to honor a return. Return shipping costs is at the buyer’s expense, and a tracking number must be provided for the return. Once we have received the items you wish to exchange, we will contact you to place a new order and get the new items shipped out immediately.
