NO PRODUCT IS RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE EVEN IF NOT USED (COMPLETELY FINAL SALE) ** We do not offer refunds, but you may exchange your unopened and unused products for other items within our store within 3 days of purchase. For any online purchases you must contact us by email or telephone within a 7-day timeframe in order for us to honor a return. Return shipping costs is at the buyer’s expense, and a tracking number must be provided for the return. Once we have received the items you wish to exchange, we will contact you to place a new order and get the new items shipped out immediately. If there is a difference in price, you will be charged accordingly and/or provided a store credit. Shipping Costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

EXCHANGE FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you have received a damaged or defective product, please email or call us at 602-807-0193, email sespureza.apothercary@icloud.com within the first 24hrs and provide proof by pictures or video. We will be happy to replace your purchase, and ship another once we have received the necessary information. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Candle | Incense | Sage | Wax Melts

• Never leave a Candle | Incense | Sage | Wax Melts unattended.
• Never burn Candle | Incense | Sage | Wax Melts or  any other potential flammable items on or near anything that can catch fire. Keep anything burning away from furniture, drapes, bedding, carpets, books, paper, flammable decorations, etc.
• Keep Candle | Incense | Sage | Wax Melts, out of the reach of children and pets. Do not place lighted Candle | Incense | Sage | Wax Melts where they can be knocked over by children, pets or anyone else.
• Never touch or move  Candle | Incense | Sage | Wax Melts while it is burning or while the wax is liquified.
• Don’t burn Candle | Incense | Sage,  For a margin of safety. For candle discontinue burning a candle when 1/2 inch remains in the container or 2 inches if using a pillar candle, anything else such as | Incense | Sage | when done burning extinguish the flame with water and wax melts make sure the dish, container and or burning wax container is off and/or the flame is extinguished.
• Place burning Candle | Incense | Sage is at least three inches apart from one another. This is to make sure they don’t melt into one another or burn together to create their own drafts that will cause  Candle | Incense | Sage | Wax Melts to burn improperly.
• Extinguish a candle if the flame becomes too high or flickers repeatedly. Let the candle cool, trim the wick, and check for unwanted drafts before re-lighting.
• Never use a candle as a night light or while you may fall asleep.
• Always clear any debris and or any decorative objects away from the wick.
